Michael D. Reckner, GBDS, VBS is a graduate of the University of Delaware and has previous experience in the banking industry. Mike has been with George J. Weiner Associates for 20 years and is a partner in the firm. A resident of Newark, Mike is a graduate of the Leadership in Life Institute through NAIFA and is a Certified Health Care Reform Specialist through the Healthcare Reform Policy Center & Institute. He also holds designations as a Voluntary Benefit Specialist (VBS) and Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) through The National Underwriter Company.
Louis D. Memmolo, AIF, GBA joined George J. Weiner Associates in 1996 and has over 35 years of experience in the employee benefits, insurance and financial services industry. A partner in the firm, Louis is a graduate of the NAIFA Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) and also served as past president of NAIFA Central. Louis earned his Group Benefits Associate designation from the IFEBP through Wharton, and his Certified Health Care Reform Specialist designation from the Healthcare Reform Policy Center & Institute, and is a member of NAHU as well as the local chapter of SHRM.

Debra S. Shears, CEBS, GBDS joined George J. Weiner Associates in 2003 and has over 25 years of experience in the benefits industry. A Partner in the firm since January, 2012, Debbie was named Associate / Supplier of the year in 2012 by the Delaware Associated Builders and Contractors, where she currently serves on the Safety, Health & Wellness Committee. She also serves on the Board of Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware Valley, and is a member of NAHU.
